Anticipatory Grief Presentation

Lumina Hospice in partnership with the Lebanon Senior Center presents an opportunity to explore Anticipatory Grief, which is mourning the loss of someone who is still alive yet not the same as they once were. Watching a loved one’s capabilities diminish can trigger feelings of sadness, helplessness and sorrow. We will explore some coping strategies. The speaker is Carla Gabrielsen, MA, Bereavement Coordinator at Lumina Hospice & Palliative Care.
