Grief Education & Support Group Series

Grief Education & Support Group is a structured group where participants commit to an eight-week series. Participants are with the same cohort for the eight weeks. Sessions include a presentation on topics such as changes experienced in bereavement and practical tips on coping with grief. The sessions also include discussion as participants share experiences and receive support from others.
