Luncheon & Presentation: “Packing Your Caregiving Basket”

November 19 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Join Vicki Schmall for an afternoon discussing the unique challenges of caregiving, and applying “self-care,” while in the middle of trying to juggle it all. As a family caregiver, you may need to master new skills, develop new ways to relate to a family member, and make difficult decisions.

However, often one of the greatest challenges is taking care of yourself. Vicki Schmall will show you how to pack your “caregiver basket” full of the ingredients you need to maintain your personal well-being while you provide care and support to your family member.

Location: Corvallis Community Center, Chandler Ballroom, 2601 NW Tyler Ave, Corvallis, OR

Lumina’s Caregiver Luncheon Series is FREE to attend thanks to generous grant support from the Siletz Tribal Charitable Contribution Fund (STCCF).

Registration required. Limited seats available. Click here to register.
