Powerful Tools for Caregivers

This six week workshop is designed to help nonprofessional caregivers learn how to take care of themselves while caring for a parent, spouse, or friend, at home, in a nursing home, or across the country. This online workshop will provide you with tools to:

• Reduce stress and take care of yourself
• Reduce guilt, anger, and depression
• Communicate effectively
• Set goals and problem-solve

Six Week Class starting May 25, 2023 – Thursdays 2-4pm PST on Zoom

There is no charge for this online class. Participants must have a device with internet connection, webcam, microphone, and email address to attend. Registration is required. Class size is limited!
