Caregiver Toolkit

Being a caregiver is one of the most rewarding experiences one can have. However, caregiving puts a strain on even the most resilient caregivers. As a caregiver, one of the best things you can do to minimize your stress and provide the best care possible to your care recipient is to use resources that ease the caregiving responsibilities.

This toolkit was designed to help make the lives of caregivers less stressful by providing them with some tools to keep important information organized. The toolkit is divided into several different documents each focused on different information associated with the care recipient. Please do not feel like you have to complete all of the documents in order to use the toolkit. The toolkit is aimed at providing caregivers the resources they need to keep things simple and organized. Click the links below to download the files. You can then print out the documents or save them to your computer.
