We’ll answer questions, schedule an informational interview, help determine whether hospice care is appropriate, and even contact the patient’s doctor if hospice care hasn’t already been discussed. Within a day or two, and on the same day if needs are immediate, a nurse or social worker will meet with the patient to address their specific needs.
