May Memorial, A Community Event

May 31 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

This community event is open to all, no hospice affiliation required. Please join us at the Floral Courtyard at the Benton County Fairgrounds on Saturday, May 31 anytime between 10am and 1pm to remember and honor those who have died. This is a family friendly event for all ages. Activities include:

• Live music and refreshments
• Expressive arts tables
• A journaling and love note table
• Children’s grief books table
• A Meditative walk and pet therapy!

The music line-up includes the Threshold Singers; Keith Seckel; Emmett Murch; Hazelwood Ensemble; & Sharon Thormahlen. Here’s the music schedule:

We are very thankful to individuals and organizations that help fund Lumina’s Community Bereavement Support program, which include the Benton Community Foundation and the Corvallis Community Thrift Shop. Our community partners for the 2025 May Memorial Event also include Shonnard’s Nursery, Maxtivity Creative Space and Trader Joes.
