Service of Remembrance

We invite you to a virtual memorial service that will honor the lives of those who have died by reading their names, displaying their photos, and lighting candles in their memory.
To make a submission to honor any person who has died (no hospice affiliation required) visit our website at luminahospice.org/SOR.
Upon receipt of your submission, you will receive a link to view the memorial service. A recording will be available on our website after the live event concludes.
