Service of Remembrance

Our annual memorial service is virtual this year. This is a time to honor the lives of those who have died by reading their names, displaying their photos, and lighting candles in their memory.

Join us on December 9th at 6 pm from your mobile device, laptop, or computer. The link to view the service will be posted here and emailed to everyone that submits a name to be read aloud during the memorial service.

To make a submission please email the name, photo, date of birth, and date of death of your person to outreach@luminahospice.org.
