VirtualPowerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week educational program designed to help family caregivers. You will learn how to take care of yourself while caring for a relative or friend, wherever they live: at home, in a nursing home or across the country. Note: Class is not designed for professional caregivers.
This class meets every Thursday from 1-3pm on Zoom, starting January 6, 2022. The final class is on February 10, 2022.

Grief Education and Support Group (Thursdays)
VirtualThis series occurs several times throughout the year. Meet weekly for 2 months with a small group of fellow grievers, utilizing a grief workbook.
This class meets on Thursdays from 5:30-7:30pm on Zoom starting January 13 and ending March 3.
