Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a six-week educational program designed to help family caregivers. You will learn how to take care of yourself while caring for a relative or friend, wherever they live: at home, in a nursing home or across the country. Note: Class is not designed for professional caregivers.
This class meets every Thursday from 1-3pm on Zoom, starting January 6, 2022. The final class is on February 10, 2022.

This series occurs several times throughout the year. Meet weekly for 2 months with a small group of fellow grievers, utilizing a grief workbook.
This class meets on Thursdays from 5:30-7:30pm on Zoom starting January 13 and ending March 3.
